Yes. The job is booked under your shop's name, invoiced to your shop and returned to your counter.
Which towns does the courier cover?
Kollam, Chavara, Paravur, Karunagappally, Kottarakkara and Punalur — picked up from your counter and returned to it. Spares travel on the same run as your repairs.
How do I send a board by courier?
WhatsApp the trade desk on +91 96051 99900 with the device, the fault and your shop's name. In the towns above, the board is picked up from your counter and returned to it. From anywhere else, mention your town in the same message and the trade desk will tell you how to send it.
Can you repair a board another shop says is dead?
That is the work this desk is for. No-power, shorted-rail, backlight, audio and charging faults are traced under the microscope and repaired at component level, and you are told which line or which IC failed, by name. Send one board and decide for yourself.
What happens if the board cannot be repaired?
You still get the diagnosis by name — which line or which IC failed — and the board goes back to you on the next courier run. Work only starts after you approve it.
How much does trade board repair cost, and is there a warranty?
Every job is priced after diagnosis and starts only after you approve the price. The warranty is 6 months on every repair, and 3 months on AirPods and headphones. Liquid-damaged devices, and devices opened before by someone else, are repaired on a best-efforts basis without warranty (Repair Terms, clause 12).
Do you sell spares to shops?
Yes. The spares counter at Alfa-Fix Central sells displays, batteries, flex cables and small parts for iPhone, iPad and MacBook at trade price, with the part grade named before you buy and on the bill. Buying spares does not oblige you to send us bench work.
Which branch do I send boards to?
Alfa-Fix Central at Chinnakada is the board-level lab and trade counter — send or bring boards there. Alfa-Fix Express, Kavanad takes them in as well and moves them across. Both branches are open all days, 10 AM – 9 PM.
